- Resale packages
- Mortgage questionnaires
- Rules and regulations
- Eviction notices
- Collection notices
- Financial reports
- Contracts
- All correspondence
- Maintaining Association files and reports
- Preparing annual management proposal
- Management maintenance logs/reports online (updated weekly)
- Attending Board meetings
- Record keeping
- Unit owner/tenant support services
- Maintenance coordination
- Thorough resident screening / credit checks
- Quarterly newsletters
- Insulation from day-to-day resident & property concerns
- Leasing / Sales
- Common Fee collection
- Rent collection
- Emergency 24-hour service
- Managing sub-contractors and negotiating on behalf of Association
- Preparing contract and bid specifications
- Initiating and processing work orders
- Managing insurance claims
- Rules enforcement
- Dispute management and resolution
- Eviction coordination
